This year’s event is scheduled for Sept. 9 at Tippecanoe Lake Country Club, Leesburg, and is open to all participants who want to support the CCF mission statement of “reducing the challenges facing cancer patients and their families by financially assisting them during their fight.”
Shotgun starts are at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. All net funds raised from the event are administered directly to residents of Kosciusko County and are used for rent, mortgages, utilities, prescription medications, food, insurance, wigs, travel to treatments and other expenses incurred during their battle with cancer.
Team entry includes breakfast for the morning players, lunch for all players, hors d’oeuvres after golf for the afternoon players, prizes, hole-in-one contests, golf cart and green fees.
