This letter of endorsement is being written in support of Mr. Dave Baumgartner. Dave is a candidate for a city council at-large position in the upcoming Warsaw city election. I have known Dave for nearly 40 years as a fellow public educator, small businessman and close friend. Dave is a quality individual and possesses personal traits that will enable him to serve as a productive City Councilman.
Dave is an intelligent, energetic, and fair–minded person. He can be counted on to acquire and assess a wide range of opinions and information prior to making any decision. Dave is an excellent listener, and he will not impede the business of the city of Warsaw by introducing issues driven by personal agendas. He will also respect and honor the city council position and serve the community with dedication and integrity.
Dave Baumgartner has achieved success as a teacher, coach and private entrepreneur. His productive experience in both the public and private sectors indicate that he has demonstrated outstanding leadership abilities. A vote for Dave will translate into a step for continued effective local government for the city of Warsaw.
