Elkhart Man Making Meth In Parking Lot

Justin R. Hill, 32, of Elkhart, was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 7:42 p.m. for shoplifting, possession of paraphernalia and manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a government housing complex. When Cpl. Al Danko took Hill back to his vehicle to secure it in the parking lot, he noticed a strong smell associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
Danko contacted the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and members of the DTF reportedly found two individual one-pot method meth labs inside the vehicle.
