She was born Sept. 27, 1922, in Rochester, to Ruben W. and Mattie Dudgeon Carr. On March 1, 1942, in Peoria, she married Hillard Robert Bradley, who died Nov. 14, 2002.
She was a lifetime Rochester community resident and a 1940 Rochester High School graduate. She retired from Torin Corp. and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and the Tri-Kappa Sorority, all in Rochester. She was a volunteer Gray Lady at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester.
Surviving are two daughters, Patricia (and spouse Roland) Pereira, Crown Point, and Linda (and spouse Thomas; Smith, Leo; a son, John (and spouse Constantina) Bradley, Plymouth; a sister, Harriet Bell, Rochester; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister and four brothers.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Buck Padilla officiating. Burial will be in Rochester IOOF Cemetery, Rochester.
Calling is from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
