Eleanore J. Williams, 88, of Warsaw, passed away at 3:35 p.m. June 8, 2012, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

She was born Feb. 1, 1924, in Michigan City, to Tom and Edna Storey. On Sept. 29, 1942, in South Bend, she married Robert A. Williams, who died Aug. 20, 1994.

She was a dishwasher and kitchen help for John Wong Restaurant for 18 years, retiring in 1987. She enjoyed reading books, roller skating and playing card games. She attended St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Michigan City.

Surviving are two daughters, Linda (and spouse Duane) Akerman, Liberty Center, Ohio, and Carole Sutherlin, Warsaw; a son, Tom (and spouse Missy) Williams, Akron; five granddaughters: Janet Suterlin, Warsaw; Amanda Williams, Akron; Janet Gerschutz, Hogate, Ohio; Lisa Ackerman, Liberty Center, Ohio; and Edna Ackerman, Napoleon, Ohio; four grandsons:   Kevin Sutherlin, Warsaw; Tommy and Jeremy Williams, both of Akron; and Duane Ackerman Jr., Liberty Center; and 14 great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by two sons, James L. Williams, who died Aug. 18, 2009, and Bruce Williams, who died Dec. 28, 1972; her parents; and three brothers, Roger, Billy and Wayne Storey.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

Calling is from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
