Edgewood Scholarships Available

The Edgewood Middle School Scholarship is for one male and one female senior student in the top 50 percent of the class of 2015 who are active in school and/or the community.
The two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to two well-rounded students who exemplify the spirit of Edgewood, according to a provided press release. Candidates should be good citizens who give back to their community and school in a variety of ways. Candidates should have good attendance at school and work, enjoy leadership roles and project a positive attitude.
To be eligible for this one-time scholarship, the applicant must: have attended EMS for two complete years; be a current graduating senior at a Warsaw area high school; be accepted to a post-secondary institution; be in the top 50 percent of their class; complete the standard application (no financial information required); attach a current school transcript and a letter of recommendation from a teacher, coach or counselor; and attach a letter from your employer if applicable.
Applications are available at indianacollegecosts.org, or at the EMS front desk, the WCHS guidance office and the Lakeland Christian Academy guidance office.
Applications must be submitted to the Edgewood Middle School office by April 3 at 3:30 p.m.
