Denny and Glenda Duncan, Warsaw, announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Duncan, Warsaw, to James Hornaday, North Webster. He is the son of Jim and Valerie Hornaday, North Webster.

The bride-to-be is a second grade teacher at Leesburg Elementary School. She is a 2002 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and received a degree in elementary education from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2006.

The groom-elect is the special education database coordinator for Warsaw Community Schools. He is a 2000 graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School, Fishers, and graduated from Taylor University in 2005.
