Edward and Sandy Duffy, Wales, Wis., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathleen Mary Duffy, to Jeffrey Ciula. He is the son of Bryan and Peggy Ciula, Warsaw.

The bride-to-be graduated from Kettle Moraine High School, Wales, in 1998. She is a 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison, majoring in psychology. She received a master's degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee, and a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Ball State University in 2008. She is employed as a child psychologist at Childynamics in Wauwatosa, Wis.

The groom-elect is a 1999 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. He received a bachelor's degree in fine arts from Ball State University. He is employed at Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center, Oconomowoc, Wis. He also works as a freelance artist, specializing in paintings and woodcut prints.
