Douglas Earl “Roach” Sullivan, 54, Warsaw, passed away at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 30, 2015, in his residence. He was born Sept. 2, 1961, in Sullivan, to Elza and Mary Pelfree Sullivan. On June 22, 2013, in Warsaw, he married Carol Nikol Lemler, who survives in Warsaw. He was formerly employed by Pendry Powder Coating of Warsaw and was a self-employed tattoo artist for 40 years (the oldest artist in the county). He was a member of the Pool League at the Keg in Leesburg for over 15 years and was an avid fisherman and enjoyed attending biker events. Also surviving are: his sisters, Cindy (and spouse Kenneth Sr.) Kellog, Warsaw, and Linda Durham, Bourbon; three children: Zander Barnhart, Atwood; David Winn, Terra Haute; and Jerimiah (and spouse Kriston) Chandler, Columbia City; two step-children, Anthony James Geib, Palestine, and Nichole Renee Bywaters, Milford; 11 grandchildren: Jamie Leah, Anthony Richard Eugene, Andariel Galatea, Seth, Emma, Nikolas, Skylar, Jayson, Ian, Jake and David; and many other family members and friends which are too numerous to count. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be at 6 p.m. Monday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Sarah Tuttle officiating. Burial will be private. Calling is from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel.
