FORT WAYNE – Dorothy M. Martin, 93, died April 29, 2012, in Parkview Hospital.

She was born in Warsaw to Carl and L. Ethel Goshert. She married Daniel Martin, who preceded her in death.

She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Star of the East. She enjoyed reading, cooking and sewing.  

Surviving are a daughter, Martha (and spouse Vincent) LaBarbera, Fort Wayne; two step-sons, Kenneth D. (and spouse Diane) Martin, Springfield, Mo., and Jerry (and spouse Louise) Martin, Streamwood, Ill.; a stepdaughter, Nancy (and spouse Wayne) Ayres, Belleair Beach, Fla.; four grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lucile Byrer; a brother, Jerry Goshert; and a cousin, Beatrice Wagoner.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, with the Rev. David Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.

Calling is from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
