MILFORD - Dorothy E. Templin Hoffman, 84, Milford, died at 1:17 p.m. June 5, 2008, in Lakeland Rehab & Health Care Center, Milford.

She was born April 13, 1924, in Elkhart, to Alford and Cecil Starner Boon. She married Harold Templin, who died in 1973. She then married Don Hoffman, who died in 2005.

She was a lifetime area resident. She retired from Leesburg Peoples State Bank. She was a graduate of Leesburg High School, and was a member of Island Chapel United Methodist Church, Hastings.

Surviving are a son, Jerry (and spouse Jane) Templin, Leesburg; two stepsons, Randy (and spouse Pam) Hoffman, Nappanee, and Dan (and spouse Karen) Hoffman, La Otto; a sister, Margie Fisher, Elkhart; a brother, Daniel Boon, Sylmar, Calif.; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and nine step-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Milford, with Pastor Odell Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Leesburg Cemetery.

Calling is from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
