Donna Lee Weaver Hamilton, 80, went to be with her loved ones and maker at 5:51 p.m. May 8, 2013.
She was born March 31, 1933, in her parent’s residence in North Manchester, to Chauncey Michael and Pearl Weaver. In 1950, she married James Niccum, and were longtime residents of North Manchester. He died in 1992 and she became a resident of Warsaw. In 1991, she married the love of her life, companion and caregiver,  Walter Hamilton.
She was a loving wife, great-grandmother, grandmother and mother. She enjoyed camping with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Campground, Pierceton. She loved spending time with her loved ones, her dogs, Misty and Princess, summer days, crocheting, golf cart rides and fishing.
She was cherished by all of her loved ones for her quick wit, bestowing of knowledge and undying love. She will be sadly missed by all and forever loved. To the family’s mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and to the wife of Walter Hamilton, may you rest in peace, they love you – forever and always.
Also surviving are two daughters, Rhonda Lewis and Cynthia “Sissy” Charlton; granddaughters, Mikila Cook and Madison Charlton; a grandson, Mason Charlton; a great-granddaughter, Bailey Brown; a great-grandson,  Nolan Cook; her stepchildren, Mark and Lori Hamilton and Aimee and Jim Farmer; step-grandchildren,  Melissa, Kyle, Travis and Ric Hamilton; and step-great-grandchildren, Bradley, Autumn, Ivory and Mollie. She also was preceded in death by twin sons, Terry and Larry Niccum.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Professor Luke Hunt officiating. Burial will be in South Whitley Cemetery.
Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
