Done Deal?

Regarding the closing of CR 100E for the airport, just want to say thanks for putting the counting ropes back up to get a correct count showing how many cars go through that area. I do, however, have another question.
If I put an addition on my house I must go to the courthouse to get permission to add on to my property. Letters are then sent to adjacent properties asking them if they care whether or not they feel that it is OK for me to add on the my property. I am asking if the properties surrounding the airport proposal were sent letters asking them if they approve or disapprove of the addition?
Also, yesterday REMC was on the airport property working on lines. Does this mean that it is a done deal? Are plans already in motion? I presume that nothing has changed. So does this mean attending the meeting on Dec. 13 is a waste of time? Please be up front with the public.
