Dominick M. Smith, 41, of Pierceton, died at 5:08 p.m. Sept. 18, 2009, in his residence.

He was born Dec. 22, 1967, in Romeo, Mich., to Edwin O. and Marie Pastore Smith.

He formerly was a forklift driver at Gulf Stream Coach.

Surviving are his mother, Marie Scognamillo, Pierceton; his fiancée, Geisla Denny, Pierceton; a son, Trey Bradley, Pierceton; four stepsons: Andrew Denny, Tennessee; Joshua Denny, Warsaw; and Christopher and Michael Sexton, both of Burket; four stepdaughters, Mary Denny, Warsaw, and Edith, Elizabeth and Nyoka Sexton, all of Burket; five step-grandchildren: Drew, Anita, Savannah, Kaylee and Kyler; two brothers, Edwin Smith, Pierceton, and Thomas Smith, Virginia; six nieces and nephews: Robert and Lisa DeCola, Jessica, Camille, Kyle and Harley Smith. He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin O. Smith, and a sister, Mary DeCola.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw, officiated by Msg. James Wolfe of the church.

Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
