A reception was held at Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, Fort Wayne.
The bride is a fifth-grade math and science teacher at Episcopal Day School, Augusta, Ga. She is a 2002 graduate of Wawasee High School, Syracuse. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, with a bachelor's degree in elementary education in 2006.
The groom is a full-time student at College of the Canyons, Valencia, Calif., and a member of the California National Guard. He is a 1996 graduate of James Monroe High School, North Hills, Calif., and is a 10-year veteran of the United States Air Force.
