David and Carole Delp, Winona Lake, announce the engagement of their granddaughter, Jessica Delp, Winona Lake, to Jason Gowing, Winona Lake. He is the son of Mark and Diana Gowing, Novi, Mich.

The bride-to-be will graduate from Grace College, Winona Lake, in May 2010, with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She graduated from Lakeland Christian Academy, Winona Lake, in 2006.

The groom-elect is a computer programmer at Miller's Health Systems, Warsaw. He graduated from Novi High School in 2002, and earned a bachelor's degree in information technology with in minor in youth ministry in 2007 from Grace College, Winona Lake.

They plan a July 2010 wedding.
