Brian and Jill DeBatty, Warsaw, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsey Nicole DeBatty, Warsaw, to Tyler Wallen, Warsaw. He is the son of Mike and Lisa Wallen, Warsaw.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Warsaw Community High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Indiana University. She is an art teacher and reading interventionist at Model Elementary, Goshen.

The groom-elect graduated from Warsaw Community High School, Purdue University and Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in occupational therapy. He is an occupational therapist at Mason Health Care, Warsaw.
