Joy Elizabeth Deatsman and Luke Carl Lauritsen were married Nov. 24, 2007, at Mount Tabor Church of God, Etna Green, with Scott Green officiating. The bride is the daughter of Ross and Lana Deatsman, Leesburg; the groom's parents are Dale and Connie Lauritsen, Arlington, Neb.

Maid of honor was Lindsay Grace, Salem, S.D. Matron of honor was Chelsie Kilmer, Monticello. Bridesmaids were Angie Jarrett and Kathrine Buhrt, both of Warsaw; Kate Kavan, Cedar Bluffs, Neb.; Rachel Osbeck, Jacksonville, Fla.; Lindsay Hegemann, Elkhorn, Neb.; and Lesley Lauritsen, Arlington, Neb. Personal attendant was Maggie Bruner.

Best man was Craig Hegemann, Elkhorn, Neb. Groomsmen were Justin Poulas, North Bend, Neb.; Brad Bornemeier, Elmwood, Neb.; Kris Kavan, Cedar Bluffs, Neb.; AJ Dunklau, Chicago, Ill.; Tanner Hoffman Omaha, Neb.; Cory Dunklau Arlington, Neb.; and Ben Deatsman, Leesburg. Ushers were Jake Lang and Nate Egbarts, Arlington, Neb., and Kelly Grefe, Hastings, Neb.

A reception was held at Amish Acres, Nappanee.

The bride is a customer care representative at Golden Harvest Seeds, Waterloo, Neb. She is a 1999 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.

The groom is a self-employed farmer in Arlington, Neb. He is a 2001 graduate of Arlington High School.
