Allison Rose Davis and Ryan Scott Dill were married at 2 p.m. Aug. 19, 2006, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Monsignor James Wolf officiating. The bride is the daughter of Todd and Paulette Davis, and the groom is the son of Rebecca Dill, Warsaw, and the late Rick Dill.

Maid of honor was Jessica Davis, sister of the bride, Warsaw. Bridesmaids were: Stefani Davis, Warsaw, Jodi Dill, Amber Hodorek, Allison Hupp, Lara Reed, Jaclyn Thallemer and Marie Weller. Junior bridesmaid was AnnMarie Waslar. Flower girl was Rose Waslar.

Best man was Adam Wald, Indianapolis. Groomsmen were: Mark Howard, Brooks Reed, Nate Doll, Adam Reed, Mike Adams, Mark Osborne and Ben Grubert. Usher was Ryan Schultz. Ring bearer was Zachary Hounshell.

A reception was held at Tippecanoe Lake Country Club.

The bride is a writer with the Jacksonville Times-Union. She is a 2001 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and a 2005 graduate of Indiana University.

The groom is a graduate student of physical therapy at the University of St. Augustine. He is a 2001 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and a 2005 graduate of Indiana University.

Following a wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple are at home in St. Augustine, Fla.[[In-content Ad]]

On a night where the Warsaw football team was honored before the game, another Tiger team with high expectations going into the season made its 2024 debut. The Warsaw boys basketball team tipped the season off at the Tiger Den against Columbia City, and after battling for the better part of the game, the home side pulled away in the final minutes to win the opener 62-53.
