SYRACUSE - Dale A. Danner, 69, of Leesburg, died at 5:05 a.m. Feb. 26, 2008, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

He was born June 9, 1938, in Etna Green, to Seward D. and Emma E. Pittman Danner. On Sept. 7, 1957, he married Carman S. Brower, who survives.

A lifetime Kosciusko County-area resident, he attended North Webster High School. He was a lab tech at Syracuse Rubber Company, retiring after more than 30 years. He was formerly a member of the Tri County Bass Masters Fisherman's Club.

Also surviving are two daughters, Karen (and spouse Scott) Brandel, Leesburg, and Kimberly (and spouse Bernie) Wilson, Warsaw; a son, Phillip (and spouse Robin) Danner, Cromwell; six grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; 14 step-great-grandchildren; and four step-great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, with Pastor Dennis Bollenbacher officiating. Burial will be in North Webster Cemetery Mock Addition.

Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
