She was born June 14, 1948, in Goshen, to Louis J. and Reatha F. Dumph Lambert. On Sept. 26, 1981, in Goshen, she married Joseph C. Anderson, who survives.
She graduated from Goshen High School in 1966. She moved to Syracuse from Goshen in 1981, and retired from Northern Indiana Public Service Co. in April 2007, after 38 years.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John (Monica) Wesseler, New Paris; two sons, Sean Anderson, Syracuse, and Christopher Anderson, Fort Myers, Fla.; six grandchildren; her mother, Reatha Lambert, Nappanee; a sister, Sharon Holderman, Goshen; and two brothers, Dennis Lambert, Nappanee, and Bradley Lambert, Greenwood. She was preceded in death by her father.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at New Paris Missionary Church with Pastor David Hackney officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Goshen.
Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse.
