Tara Jo Cullar and Stephen Michael Whitaker were married July 7, 2007, at Hope Missionary Church, Bluffton, with Pastor Matt Hartsell officiating. The bride is the daughter of David and Barbara Cullar, Uniondale; the groom's parents are Daniel and Karen Whitaker, Warsaw.

Maid of honor was Kelly Dawson, Ossian. Bridesmaids were Jenell Mauger, Uniondale; Kate Gregg, Ossian; Jessica Kamdar, Fort Wayne; Andrea Hopper, Columbia City; Krista Wireman, Lima, Ohio. Junior bridesmaid was Alyssa Young, Lima. Flower girls were Gracie Young, Lima, and Taylor DeVito, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Best man was Russell Myhnier. Groomsmen were Chris Mort and Ryan Roberts, both Pierceton; Matt Protzman, South Bend; Travis Cullar, Uniondale; and Kory Okuly, Ossian. Junior groomsman was Tyler Cullar, Uniondale. Ring bearer was Carter Young, Lima.

A reception was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bluffton.

The bride is a phlebotomist for PA Labs, Fort Wayne. She is a 2003 graduate of Norwell High School, Ossian. She received her medical assisting and phlebotomy certificate from Ivy Tech Community College, Fort Wayne, in 2007.

The groom is employed by Norforlk Southern, New Haven. He is a graduate of Whitko High School, South Whitley. He currently attends Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne where he studies business management and marketing.

After a wedding trip to Cancun Mexico at the Moon Palace. the couple reside in Woodburn.[[In-content Ad]]
