Kokomo Art Association announced plans for its 2015 Best of Show Winners Exhibit featuring Warsaw artist Steve Creighton for painting and Kokomo’s Ken Cave for photography. The annual event will be held during September at the Kokomo Art Center, 525 W. Ricketts St., Kokomo.
