n Abraham P. Habegger, 28, Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw, and Julia M. Beer, 28, East CR 1300N, Syracuse.

n Isaac Valtierrez Salgado, 21, and Ana Lilia Cepeda Cepeda, 21, East Main Street, Warsaw.

n Jeremiah John Paseka, 22, Monroeville, Pa., and Elizabeth L.Scott, 21, CR 400S, Warsaw.

Superior Court III

The following violation were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court III with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding.

n Patty Garber, 308 W. Spring St., Etna Green. On a driving while intoxicated conviction, the court grants defendant a personal recognizance release. The court stays original sentence until April 11, 2011, at 7 p.m. Defendant also ordered to file medical status report.

Superior Court II

The following misdemeanors and infractions were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge James Jarrette presiding.

n Ashley N. Hurley, 2238 CR 775W, Mentone, convicted of operating a vehicle without proving financial responsibility. Fined $50 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Robin T. Wood, 4535 Ind. 13, Leesburg, granted change of plea hearing.

n Neil Minnick, 202 E. Washington St., Syracuse, granted bond reduction hearing.

n Dennis D. Vandiver II, 856 Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, criminal case ordered dismissed.

n Cedric Coffie, 619 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, granted additional hearing on a 2009 case for April 13.

n Cheyenne D. Allen, Winamac, a per plea agreement, convicted of aiding, inducing or causing an offense. Fined $100 plus $164 court costs, 365 days jail, suspended.

n Deanna Yoder, 1480 Hampton Court, Etna Green, trial scheduled for May 20, 2011, on a 2010 case.
