n Mikhail Chkolnik, 43, and Mariya Kara, both of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw.

n Bruce A Shambaugh, 27, and Misty Dawn Lee, 32, both of Canary Court Drive, Warsaw.

n Trenten Allen Beer, 34, and Laura Borntreger, 23, both of South Harkless Drive, Syracuse.

n Joshua Sibert, 22, Bakersfield, Calif., and Amy MIchelle Robertson, 28, South Ferguson Road, Warsaw.

n Dustin M. Mitchel, 25, Collins Drive, Warsaw, and Jennifer Joy Scherer, 26, Monroeville.

Superior Court II

The following misdemeanors and infractions were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge James Jarrette presiding.

n Troy M. Vandermaas, Goshen. Further hearing on a 2010 case dismissed.

n Jordan R. Wilkinson, Noblesville, convicted of having expired plates. Fined $7 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Randy Walgamuth, 619 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw. As per plea agreement on a 2010 case, court cost $164, 365 days incarceration, with 125 days suspended upon the condition that defendant reimburse court-appointed attorney fees; payments continued until May 31, 2011.

n Zackary J. Ong, Goshen, convicted of criminal mischief. Fined $50 plus $214.50 in total court costs.

n Chase C. Yarian, 740 CR 12B, Bourbon, convicted of improper or no muffler, improper or no tail or plate light. Fined $7 plus $229 court costs.

n Christina Blackburn, Lafayette, convicted of check deception. Fined $100 plus $164 court costs with payments to continue to May 31, 2011; 365 days probation.

n Braxton M. Grose, 1855 Husky Trail, Warsaw, convicted of disregarding an automatic signal. Fined $50 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Shannon L. Pike, 11549 CR 200N, Milford, granted continuance on a 2009 case.

n Micah B. Goss, 8580 CR 25S, Etna Green, convicted of failure to carry registration, driving left of center. Fined $14 plus $229 court costs.

n Scott A. Estep, 9315 CR 1000N, Syracuse, convicted of probation violation on a 2009 case.

n Thomas Cole, 1301 Sunday Lane, Winona Lake, convicted of speeding. Fined $12 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Ashlee Miller, 1203 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, convicted of speeding. Fined $27 plus $114.50 court costs.

n The following individuals were convicted of seat belt violation and paid $25 each: Jeremiah A. Heckman, 739 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw; Matthew J. Keene, 1070 CR 400S, Warsaw.

The following civil matter was adjudicated in Superior Court II.

n Money Matters Professional Collections v. John A. Littlejohn, 323 N. Lake St., Warsaw. Plaintiff seeking $3,031.50; court grants continuance of case.
