The following misdemeanors and infractions were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge James Jarrette presiding.

n Samuel D. Stidems, Cartersville, GA., convicted of criminal conversion. Fined $164 court costs, sentenced to 365 days jail, plus probation.

n Mark E. Vance, Columbia City, convicted of driving while intoxicated. Fined $100, $364.50 court costs, license suspended 180 days, 60 days in jail, with 48 suspended. Defendant must also submit to substance abuse evaluation.

n Dana Kreft, 227 CR 900E, Pierceton, convicted of speeding. Fined $12 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Richard J. Moore, Holland, Mich., convicted of failure to yield left turn. Fined $25 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Nathan L. Schillantano, Los Angels, Calif., convicted of failure to yield right of way. Fined $25, plus $114.50 court costs.

n Donald G. Drake, 7885 CR 1290N, Syracuse. convicted of operating an unregistered off-road vehicle or snowmobile on public property. Fined $7 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Wayne Chupp, 308 E. Walnut St., Nappanee. convicted of non-possession of fishing license. Fined $7 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Juan Sanches, Minneapolis, Minn., convicted of failure to register. Fined $7 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Robert Gribben, Lockport, convicted of no record of duty status. Fined $17 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Kenneth McIntire, 1380 CR 600S, Claypool, convicted of speeding and prohibited display of registration number. Fined $14 plus $229 court costs.

n David Garcia, 6402 CR 500N, Rochester, convicted of not having operator's license. Fined $7 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Judd A Chaille, 28602 CR 50, Nappanee, convicted of speeding. Fined $12 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Dustin T. Fitzgerald, Fort Wayne, convicted of speeding. Fined $12 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Joshua Sibert, Bakersfield, Calif., convicted of speeding and having expired plates. Fined $34 plus $229 court costs.

n Stuart A. Hanft, 1740 Husky Trail, Warsaw, convicted of purchase, acceptance, or possession of tobacco by a minor. Fined $25 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Benjamin R. Stogsdill, Bunker Hill, charged with five counts of burglary, three counts of theft, and one count of auto theft. Defendant is seeking sentencing modification.

n Todd A. Craig, 3699 CR 175E, Warsaw, sentenced to two years for aiding, inducing, or causing robbery. Defendant is seeking sentence modification.

n Christopher L. Poyser, 1502 Dot St., Warsaw, convicted of battery, neglect of a dependent. Trial scheduled for May 17.

n Jose Rojas, 2441 CR 250S, Warsaw, charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon. Criminal case dismissed.

n Summer N. Jaynes, Rockville, charged with arson and neglect of a dependent. Sentenced to 9 years on the arson charge, with 1 1/2 years to be served concurrent on the neglect charge. Ordered to pay $5,260 in restitution. Sentence modification denied.
