Superior Court III

Judgments

The following judgments were recently awarded in Kosciusko Superior Court III, small claims division, with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding:

n Joseph Gerber III, 2507 E. Center St., Warsaw, convicted of driving while intoxicated. Fined $100, plus $264 court costs and $200 drug interdiction costs.

n Justin B. Davis, 733 E. Smith St., Warsaw, originally convicted of driving while intoxicated in 2008, given one year probation. Probation violation in 2009; filed for sentence modification in January 2011; case continued to March 2011.

Superior Court II

The following misdemeanors and infractions were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge James Jarrette presiding.

n Melissa d. Rice, Woodridge, Ill., convicted of speeding. Fined $7 plus $114.50 court costs.

n Stephen J. Randle, Elkhart, convicted of battery resulting in bodily injury. Fined. $100 plus $164 in court costs.

n Adam J. Harter, Clarksville, Tenn., convicted of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Fined $159 total costs.

n Aaron W. Ring, 502 S. Union St., Warsaw, convicted of probation violation from a 2009 case.

n Charles G. Spry, 2509 E. Center St., Warsaw, convicted of disregarding an automatic signal.

n Tonya Myers, 9924 N. Lincoln Road, Syracuse, failure to appear order issued.

n Kevin D Sisk, 705 E. 4th St., Rochester, failure to appear order issued.

n Jason W. Thornburg, 11603 N. Elm Grove Drive, Syracuse, given probation on a March 2010 case, probation extended one year on Feb. 17, 2011.

n Josh Obacz, 824 CR 1250N, Milford, failure to appear order issued and probation violation issued.

n Chase Home Finance LLC v. Donald and Kelly Wanamaker, 13431 N. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, and the unknown heirs of Richard D. Hardesty, Spring Hill, Kan. Plaintiff seeks an interim judgment against mortgaged property, with the sum to be determined by the court, with interest after the date of default, plus all expenses and costs incurred.
