n Misty and Eric Cline v. Bryan Bowen and Brandy Ward, 9528 E. Wawasee Lane, Syracuse. Plaintiffs awarded default judgment of $4,181.66. Defendants granted case continuation.

n Horizon Bank v. Susan and Dewayne Kitson. Plaintiff awarded $7,737.88.

n Na Zee, Fort Wayne, convicted of disregarding an automatic traffic signal. Fined $50 plus court costs.
