Local police are asking for information regarding a recent series of daytime burglaries.

In the past few weeks, several break-ins have occurred in the areas of Pheasant Ridge, Park Ridge, and Eagle Creek subdivisions during hours when no one is home.

Items such as LCD televisions, computers, prescription medication and other valuables have been taken.

The Warsaw Police Department requests that they be notified immediately if any suspicious vehicles or persons are seen. When calling about a person, please provide a detailed description including clothing, height, weight, and approximate age. For vehicles, include make, model, color, and license number if available.

Residents are reminded to make sure their homes and vehicles are locked and secure at all times.

Numbers to call are 574-372-9511 in town, or 574-267-5667, or 911, outside of town.[[In-content Ad]]
