Collins' Concerns

Apparently, Janet Collins got bored because she had to point out what would happen if she got her way. If she did get her way, Americans would have no personal responsibility or personal accountability.[[In-content Ad]]She has demonized corporations trying to make a profit by shipping jobs overseas, demonized people against a flawed health plan by saying that opponents have no compassion. What Janet Collins has not figured out, or has rejected, is that it is not the corporations who are ruining this country - it is the government and all its regulations, requirements, and links to big labor unions.
Doctors want to treat sick people - even if they cannot pay for it, if they can be paid, they want to be paid a fair price for their services. Instead, the government will be telling doctors what procedures they can do and how much they will charge for it.
Janet Collins screamed of President Bush's attack on the Constitution back in 2006 (yes, I did look it up, Janet). Yet where is she about President Obama's continuation and expansion of those same policies? She rails corporate welfare, yet applauds individual welfare.
What I want to know is whatever happened to personal responsibility, corporate responsibility and individual freedom? Schools are banning chocolate milk, silly bands, and even the dictionary (yes, I looked these up, too). Kids will be kids and kids that are misbehaving need to be told without parents calling lawyers.
You know what I want, Janet Collins? I want a government that leaves me alone. I want to decide how much I pay in federal taxes via the Fair Tax. Washington has been using taxes to push jobs overseas and to punish small business. I want to be able to live my life and make my own decisions.
The government does not know what is best for me. I want a government who, if they write a check, has the funds to cover it. If I want a Big Mac instead of a salad, grill me the burger. If someone's kid is playing in my yard, I want to tell him to get out without being sued by the child's parents who cannot discipline children on their own. I want anyone who wants to come to the United States and try to achieve their own American Dream to come through the front door, not the back door. I want representatives to use their office for betterment of the country, not the advancement of their own power. I want our military to defend us on our border, not from foreign bases. I want to negotiate pay with an employer, not have some unknowledgeable union "representative" do it. I do not want the United Nations telling us how to run our country; let's take our sovereignty back from the UN. I want to admire successful people, not told that these people are evil. Lastly, I do not want to pay other people's bills, I want to pay my own.
Janet Collins wants the government to coddle everyone. I do not want the government to coddle anyone. I can coddle myself just fine.
