Lonnie D. and Lorwill M. Coffing will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 11, 2009. Lonnie and the former Lorwill Stump were married Oct. 11, 1959, at First Baptist Church of Warsaw by the Rev. Simpson.

He worked for Weather Head-Dana Corp. for 34-1/2 years, retiring in 1998. She worked for Penguin Point franchise for 22 years.

They have five children: Kaylon (and spouse Scott) Wise; Shonnie (and spouse Roy) Peterson; Lonnie Jr. (and spouse Lorranda) Coffing; William J. (and spouse Martha); and Lorilane Wuthrich; 19 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

An open house will be Oct. 11 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the North Webster Community Center.

The couple request no gifts. Cards may be sent to them at 3441 N. CR 850E, Pierceton, IN 46562.
