SYRACUSE - Clarence A. Truman, 80, of Converse, died at 9:27 a.m. Sept. 14, 2007, at the Veterans Affairs Hospital of Marion.

He was born Oct. 15, 1926, in Kokomo. In 1956, he married Barbra Arnett, who died in 1998.

Surviving are a son, Bruce Truman, Syracuse, and a granddaughter. He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.

Graveside services will be Tuesday at noon at Marion National Cemetery.

No calling is planned.

Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
