COLUMBIA CITY - Clarence A. Bodas, 73, of Fort Wayne, died at 11:35 p.m. Oct. 27, 2010, in his residence.

He was born Aug. 4, 1937, in Gilbert, Minn., to Arthur W. and Turna Harju Bodas. On Sept. 13, 1987, he married Gerry L. Conley Clark, who died June 18, 2010.

Surviving are four stepchildren, including Diane (and spouse Dave) Ryman, Atwood, and David (and spouse Cynthia) Clark, Etna Green; five step-grandchildren; a step-great-grandson; three sisters; and two brothers. He was preceded in death by a brother.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Etna Green Cemetery with military honors by members of Bourbon American Legion Post 412.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, is in charge of arrangements.

Two local unions have come together to host a pancake and sausage breakfast Saturday to benefit area Warsaw Community Schools kids.
