City OKs Public Way Vacation Ordinance

Warsaw Plan Commission, during its March 9 meeting, approved sending a favorable recommendation to the city council for the vacation.[[In-content Ad]]In other business, Warsaw Mayor Ernie Wiggins advised drivers not to go around road closed signs on Sunset Drive because of flooding. He said there have been people who have been curious who have gone to look at the flooding, and that ties up traffic.
The council approved a Warsaw Fire Department activity report with 86 responses for February.
The council also approved a conflict of interest statement for Mary Ellen Rudisel-Jordan, who works with various construction contractors and building services suppliers, and serves on the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals.
