CITY OF NAPPANEE PUBLIC MEETING The City of Nappanee will be holding a public work session to discuss and solicit input on the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) and Use Attainability Analysis (UAA) with the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC), City Council, Board of Public Works on August 25, 2010 at 10:00 am. The purpose of the CSO LTCP is to reduce the discharge a raw sewage to Berlin Court Ditch during certain precipitation events. The intent of the UAA is to provide the justification of a Water Quality Standards suspension to the wet weather limited use subcategory for qualifying precipitation events following the implementation of the CSO LTCP.
