Prater Sentenced To 10 Years In Prison For Sexual Misconduct With A Minor

Kyle Ryan Prater, 25, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to 10 years in prison for sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class B felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling two days. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and costs. Pending good behavior, the final four years of the sentence will be suspended and spent on probation. As part of his probation, he must pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $25 probation user's fees. He must follow the standard terms of probation for sex offenders.

Simpson Sentenced For Check Deception Charge

Tanya Simpson, 28, Cromwell, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to 1-1/2 years probation for check fraud, a Class D felony. As part of the sentence, she was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $164 in court costs. As part of her probation, she must pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $25 monthly probation user's fees.

Meadows Gets Probation

Tracey Meadows, 36, Warsaw, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to 1-1/2 years probation for possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. She was ordered to pay a $100 fine, $164 in court costs and a $200 drug interdiction fee. As part of her probation. she must pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees. She also was ordered to pay $40 restitution.

Warren Sent To Jail For Meth Charges

Christopher Todd Warren, 21, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to one year in jail for possession of two or more chemical reagents or precursors with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, a Class D felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling 10 days. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and costs along with a $200 drug interdiction fee.

Theft Nets Poe 3 Years

Gene M. Poe, 25, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to three years in prison for auto theft, a Class D felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling 218 days. He was ordered to pay a $1 fee and court costs.

Russell E. George, 52, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to four years in prison for robbery, a Class C felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling 256 days. For a second count of robbery, a Class C felony, he will serve an additional four year in prison and that sentence will run concurrently with the other sentence. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine plus court costs as well as $14,287.04 restitution.

Andrews Sent To Prison

Therisa Rene Andrews, 40, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to three years in prison for possession of two or more chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, a CLass D felony, and possession of methamphetamine, a Class D felony. She was ordered to pay a $100 fine plus costs. Pending good behavior, the sentence is suspended and she will spend the time on probation. As part of her probation, she must pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $25 mothly fees. She also will be subject to random drug testing.

Weaver Sentenced For Meth Charges

Wayne Lynn Weaver, 39, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to 18 months in jail for possession of methamphetamine, a Class D felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling two days. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and costs. Pending good behavior, he may spend the sentence on probation. As part of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees. He must continue substance abuse treatment and attend weekly Narcotics Anonymous meetings. He also was ordered to pay a $200 drug interdiction fee.[[In-content Ad]]
