Center Street Theatre Plans Public Meeting

The Center Street Community Theatre will hold a meeting, open to the public, at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts in Warsaw.
The main focus of the meeting will be to update the community on the organization’s plans for 2016. Topics of discussion will include a debriefing of the 2015 shows and upcoming opportunities in 2016, including adult classes that will begin in January. The meeting also will inform members of the community on how they can be involved in upcoming spring and fall shows.
“Last year we provided opportunities for over 50 people to be involved in community theatre and we are looking forward to seeing even more opportunities for growth in 2016,” Melissa Jordan, a member of the theatre’s leadership team, is quoted as saying in a provided press release.
The community theatre performed “Almost,” “Maine” and “M*A*S*H” at the Wagon Wheel in 2015. The organization plans to continue offering both a spring and fall show each year.
The Center Street Community Theatre is under the umbrella of the Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts’ initiatives, which also include the professional Wagon Wheel Theatre, Symphony of the Lakes and the Wagon Wheel Jr. youth theater.
