She was born Nov. 10, 1934, in Wabash County, to Lozier A. and Doris M. Meinert Burr.
She worked in the ticket office at Baer Field Airport, Fort Wayne, and later at Bryan Manufacturing and Peabody Retirement Community, both in North Manchester. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary 286, North Manchester, and a former member of the Women of the Moose, North Manchester. She graduated from Central High School, North Manchester, in 1952.
She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
No services or calling are planned. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, North Manchester.
