She was born to Floyd and Hazel Rule, Warsaw. On June 20, 1954, in Warsaw, she married Glenn Haney, who survives.
She was a Mentone High School graduate. She retired from Marion Community Schools food service after 22 years and moved to Lake Alfred in 1998.
Also surviving are a brother, Floyd Jr. (and spouse Bernice) Rule, Mentone; a daughter, Cindy (and spouse Otis) Goodnight, LaFontaine; a son, Kim (and spouse Sylvia) Haney, Friendsville, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Marion Elks Country Club Lodge 195.
