Two public questions also are included on the Indiana ballot. The first question asks if Section 13 of the Indiana Constitution should be amended to "provide that victims of crime have the right to be treated with fairness, dignity and respect throughout the criminal justice process, to be informed of and present during public hearings, and confer with the prosecution, to the extent that exercising these rights does not infringe upon the constitutional rights of the accused?"
Public question #2 asks: "Shall Section 12 of Article 11 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana be amended to allow state retirement funds to invest in stocks and other securities?" [[In-content Ad]]
