Brett Hans Hanft, Fort Wayne, died Sept. 27, 2008, in his residence.

He was born Oct. 12, 1962, in Warsaw, to Don Hanft and Robin Gregory.

Surviving are his mother, Robin (and spouse Larry) Gregory; his father, Don (and spouse Bev) Hanft; his stepfather, Mike Case; four brothers; three sisters; and a step-grandmother, Madaline Gregory.

Services will be private.
