By -
He was born Jan. 24, 1982, in Warsaw, to Daniel and Carolyn Jordan Dye, who survive in Warsaw.
He attended Leesburg Elementary and Lighthouse Christian Academy, and worked as a corian countertop craftsman with Premier Concepts for five years.
He attended Dutchtown Brethren Church; was skilled with his hands and could fix just about anything; enjoyed watching the History Channel and was very interested in and educated about outer space. He was nicknamed “River Rat” because of the time he spent on the Tippecanoe River near his home. He was a loving son and brother, but most of all he loved his boys and the time the three of them spent together – especially being in the woods, mushroom hunting and fishing.
Also surviving are a brother, Ryan (and Jennica) Dye, Warsaw; two sons, Bradley Allen Dye Jr. and Bentley Wayne Dye, both at home; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Herbert A. Dye III, who died Nov. 16, 2008; a grandmother, JoAnn Dye, who died June 30, 1982; a step-grandmother, Sandra S. Dye, who died May 1, 2015; a grandfather, Bobby N. Jordan, who died Dec. 12, 1976; and a grandmother, Patty L. Shafer, who died Feb. 4, 2013.
Services are at 10 a.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastor Jack Worth, Dutchtown Brethren Church, Warsaw, officiating. Burial is in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
