Elyse Rachel Boggs and Jesse David Olson were married July 26, 2008, at First Baptist Church, Mentone, with Joe Olson officiating. The bride is the daughter of Brett and Sarah Boggs, Akron; the groom's parents are Joe and the late Brenda Olson, Pekin, Ill.

Matron of honor was Eve Mock, Mishawaka. Bridesmaids were Marie McKaig, Logansport; Stephanie Boggs, Nappanee; and Nicole Clore, Huntington. Flower girl was Kayly Miller, Akron.

Best man was Matt Wright, Rockford, Ill. Groomsmen were Bill Mock, Mishawaka; Jason Ott, Batavia, Ill.; and James Makula, Claypool. Ushers were Evan Boggs, Nappanee, and Ken Olson, Ellenton, Fla. Ring bearer was Dillon Boggs, Nappanee.

A reception was held at First Baptist Church Activity Center, Mentone.

The bride is the games coordinator at the Boys and Girls Club of Goshen. She is a 2004 graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School, Akron, and received a degree in recreation management from Huntington University in 2008.

The groom is an English teacher at Elkhart Central High School. He is a 2004 graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School and received a degree in English education from Huntington University in 2008.

After a wedding trip to Calabash, N.C., the couple reside in Mishawaka.[[In-content Ad]]
