He retired from Biomet, Warsaw, in 1998, and she is retired from Dwyer Instruments, South Whitley. They enjoy golf, yardwork, quilting and spending time with family and friends. They reside in the Larwill/Pierceton area in the summer and in Auburndale, Fla., in the winter.
The couple have four sons: Roger (and spouse Kelly) Boggs, Larwill; Tony Boggs, Pierceton; Jeff Boggs, Claypool; and David (and spouse Shannun) Boggs, Alexandria. They have seven grandchildren.
The couple will celebrate the anniversary with an open house at the Depot in Pierceton from 4 to 8 p.m. Aug. 30. The couple request no gifts, just the presence of family and friends.[[In-content Ad]]
