While the Warsaw Blockbuster location will still close in April, the date for it has changed.

The store will now close April 25 when all the liquidation sales cease.

Because of that, Blockbuster will begin sales on items in the store Friday rather than Feb. 28.

Those changes came during a conference call with Blockbuster management and District Manager Nikki Renkes, whose district includes Warsaw.[[In-content Ad]]Other stores closing are in South Bend, Plymouth and Elkhart. The Blockbuster location in Goshen is scheduled to remain open.

The closings are all a part of Blockbuster's plan that came about when they filed bankruptcy in December.
