Billi Andrews, 87, Satsuma, Fla., passed away Dec. 13, 2015, in Palatka, Fla.
She was born Sept. 18, 1928, in Mount Pleasant, Tenn., to William and Irma Marbury Campbell. In 1956, in Warsaw, she married David Andrews Sr. In 1991 in Miami Beach, Fla., she married Robert Wishman, who preceded her in death.
She graduated high school in 1948 in Memphis, Tenn.
She owned and operated a beauty salon in Warsaw from 1960 to 1967. She also served as the matron of the county jail (now Old Jail Museum) from 1967 to 1974. From 1982 to retirement, she worked as a property manager in Cape Canaveral and Miami Beach.
She loved attending church, gardening, golfing, listening to music, learning new things, spending time with friends and family and studying genealogy.
Surviving are a daughter, Judy Truex, Warsaw; a son, David (and spouse Elaine) Andrews Jr., Indianapolis; two granddaughters, Heather Truex and Tracy (and spouse Jason) Nichols, all of Warsaw; four great-grandchildren: Brandon Pequignot, Noblesville; and Katrielle Wood and Ian and Ella Nichols, all of Warsaw; a great-great grandchild, Zuri Pequignot, Noblesville; a sister, Emily Lengyel, Satsuma; a niece, Donna Jean Clarke, Satsuma; and three nephews: John Lickteig, Georgia; Jim Lickteig and Ted Bowen, both of Florida. She also was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Charles Campbell; and a sister, Donna Lee Lickteig.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw.
Calling will be an hour prior to services Sunday at the funeral home.
