Thomas G. Hursey, 22, of 5347 W. Turner Road, Claypool, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 3:40 a.m. today for possession of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $10,000.
According to the Warsaw Police Department, a Warsaw officer patrolling the area near the intersection of Scott and Main streets early this morning came upon a suspicious man walking.
