We as Americans should wake up and see that America is being taken over by big businesses. In reading the paper the other day, I saw where a benefit that was going to be held for a woman who has breast cancer.

While at I.U. Simon Cancer Center, while my stepfather, Phil Wilson, whom underwent many clinical trials with pain and suffering so that if they could help save lives and benefit others, while talking to some of the staff there, we found out that there are cures for breast cancer. However, the insurance companies would not pay for treatments cause of costs of the drugs, so the drugs had been taken off the market. How many other drugs I wonder are out there that could save lives but were taken off the market cause the insurance companies would not pay? Are they just looking at the bottom line? Here it's cheaper to payout death insurance rather than save lives? This is a crime against humanity, and an insult and great dishonor to all whom shared to find a cure and treatment.

It's time we as Americans take back this great country of ours from big businesses and corrupt government. We are a great nation of the people for the people. Not of the dollar for the dollar.

How many jobs has this great country lost to China and other countries? When citizens of this country are without jobs and going hungry, children are going homeless while we feed other countries children, by no means do I advocate letting them go hungry. However, let us start here at home first take care of the young, sick and old. How many billions or even trillions of dollars has BP made off this country and they have destroyed the Gulf Coast for their own greed only to offer us $32 billion or so and our government is giving them a $9 billion tax break? Didn't they only say that they would just give $20 billion for the clean up? Our government said they would be charged more than that. Am I seeing some smoke and mirrors here? At a trillion dollars in profit in a few years doesn't it seem like they are just throwing pennies at us?

Please, people, wake up. See what is happening here. We are a caring nation of the people for the people. Let's save lives, get jobs back from other countries and fight big business.

Thank you for at least reading this for all that did.
