Donald and Monica Bice, Syracuse, will mark their 50th wedding anniversary April 19, 2008. Donald Bice and Monica Trytko were married April 19, 1958, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. South Bend.

The couple have four children: Donald (and spouse Barbara) Bice Jr., Milford; Kathryn (and spouse Andy) Brown, Dewart Lake; Carl (and spouse Penny) Bice, Annapolis, Md.; and Keith (and spouse Heather) Bice, Indianapolis. They have eight grandchildren and a great-grandson.

Both are retired. He was a co-founder of Warsaw Engineering and Fabrication, and she was the clerk-treasurer for the town of Milford.

The couple celebrated the anniversary with a weekend holiday with their family.
