Mr. and Mrs. Dan Beer, Syracuse, announce the engagement of their daughter, Julia Beer, to Abe Habegger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Habegger, Poneto.

The bride-to-be graduated Wawasee High School in 2000 and IPFW in 2005. She works for the Fort Wayne Community School Corp.

The groom-elect graduated from Southern Wells in 2000 and IPFW in 2005. He is an engineer at Zimmer.
